Twilight RPG: Role-Play Here!

[Should we just pause the roleplay?]

(I dunno. Do you really want to? It would kinda suck to have to do it again... =( )

[I know. D: but, then Spirit would have a lot of catching up to doooo. ): Maybe only when she posts, we can post? lol.]

(Yeah, you're right.
But, what if she never posts?)
[or... what we could do is only post, like, once each a day or something... keep it to a minimum... i dunno.]

[I think she might log on every now and then, still... if not, then maybe 3 times a week??]

(I guess that could woek. We'll figure it out. Every other day, maybe?)

Esme sighed, wrapping her arms around her knees and glaring at the wall.
"Life is so screwed up," she muttered.

Edward nodded in agreement. "I know. Things never seem to work out as planned. But, Esme, you have noticed yourself that things always find a way to run smoothly again. Even if it's only for a short period of time"

"I don't think this'll ever run smoothly ever again, Edward," Esme said quietly. "Not unless he somehow comes back to life. Which, frankly, isn't possible."

"Don't say it isn't possible. We never thought it possible for a vampire to die. We aren't going by the rules, anymore, Esme" Edward said, crouching beside Carlisle's still body.
"Things will run smoothly again, I'm sure. At one point, they will." He said, grabbing at Carlisle's hand, which was surprisingly warm, for a vampire.

"And when will this point be? Not anytime in the near future, I'm sure," Esme replied, looking down at her husband's form. "I... I just don't think there's anything we can do at this point. There was before, but.... I just... neglected him. Neglected him when he really needed someone."

"That isn't true, Esme" Edward pointed out, exasperated. "Please, just take a breath. Things seem so bad right now. But they always do. Remember, when Bella cliff dove? I know how you feel. But we have to do this logically. What I did, was stupid" He sighed reluctantly, some what happy to get that off of his tight chest.

"What is there that's logical in this, Edward?" Esme sighed. "There's nothing. And, just for the record, I'll probably never forgive myself for this. So, its pointless to keep telling me it's not my fault." She looked away, her gaze fixed on the floor.

Edward buried his head in his hands, trying to think clearly for a moment, "Esme, it's as much of everyone else's fault, as it is yours." He insisted, lifting his face up to meet her gaze. "Maybe we should tell the others.." He thought, looking out the dark window.

"The rest of you had other things on your mind. I didn't." Esme glanced briefly at Edward. "And I still did nothing."
She paused, following edward's gaze out the window.
"Yeah, we probably should. Wouldn't want anyone to walk in randomly and see their dead father lying on the floor, would we?" She sighed.

Edward sighed heavily, but knew it was no use. Esme was stubborn sometimes, and he couldn't change that. Instead he just nodded his head, pulling himself to a standing position. "I suppose not." He agreed nearly inaudibly. He took another peek at Carlisle's still body, before taking Esme by the hand gently, leading her out the sliding glass door.

Esme reluctantly followed Edward, siliently. She let go of his hand, stuffing both of them in the pockets of her sweatshirt, looking at the ground as she walked.

Edard let his arm hang loosely at his side, brushing against his denim pants.
He led Esme in silence, towards the others, past the trees and creek

"Do you know where they are?" Esme asked quietly, trailing a few yards behind Edward, her hands still in her pockets.

"Somewhat..." Edward noted, "I can get some of their thoughts, to follow them. I can smell some of them, too.." He told her, nodding forward as he picked up speed.

[Does anyone else think this Roleplay isn't nearly as much fun anymore? ):]

(Yeah, I've noticed the same thing. I think it might be because Spirit isn't on as much, and we haven't really had any major climaxes or anything...)

Although Sasha was long gone from the Cullens place, she still heard every thought they had in her small, furry head. She turned back to her master, morphing into a giant, red wolf as she did.
"You've accomplished your task?" the master asked. Sasha nodded, grinning.
"Yes sir." Her tail flicked back and forth, her claws digging into the sand.
"Ah, good. Apparently Hellmaskers are more useful than I'd thought."

[sasha's the hellmaskerrr.... xD!]

"All right, then," Esme sighed, still trailing behind. "What are we supposed to tell them, though? I mean, we can't just walk up to, say Emmett, and be like, 'Oh, sorry hun, but your dad is dead.'" She paused.
"But, whatever we decide to say, you're saying it. I... can't."

(OH MY GOSH!)

Edward nodded, "Alright" He nearly whispered, leading Esme to a tree, where he could smell the other Cullens, "Em? Rose? Alice? Jazz? Bella?" He spoke loudly. Loud enough for them to hear him, but not too loud, to attract attention from houses nearby.

Bella heard Edward calling her name, and dropped the drained deer she had attacked a few moments earlier. Licking her lips, she rushed towards the calling of her name. As she approached at full speed, she saw the others coming, Alice wiping her mouth.

Jasper was with Alice, and they both shot up when they heard Edward. Jasper grabbed onto Alice, hearing the urgency in Edward's voice. Shooting like a bullet through the woods, him and Alice ran straight to Edward, who was with a particularly pale Esme. Immediately Jasper sensed Esme's depression, but was still not clued in as to what happened. Automatically, he calmed Esme down, replacing her depression with tranquility.

Emmett finished off the moose [LOL] he was drinking/eating. Striaghtening his stance, he headed towards the sound of Edward's loud, calling voice. he didn't typically like taking Edward's demands. However, something in Edward's voice made Emmett follow anyways.

Rose ambled after Emmett, smirking slightly at the mess he had made with the moose.
"Hmm, since when do you listen to Edward? I'm shocked," she joked, finally catching up to her bear-like husband.

Esme shot a glance at Jasper, feeling the change in her emotions, the ambiance of her melancholy thoughts hieghtening to a lighter atmosphere. She leaned her shoulder on a tree, dropping her gaze to the ground.
"Jasper," she moaned, quietly. "Cut it out. Please."

Sasha grinned at her Master, sitting in a bowed position before him.
"Anything else?" she purred, her bright green eyes shifting to a brilliant, blood red. The Master dropped his gaze to her, his lips screwed to the side.
"Possibly. Just not yet. Although, keep an eye on those vampires of yours."

Emmett chuckled, wrapping his arm around Rosalie's waist as he stood in the outline of a circle. A circle full of vampires, of course. "Hey, what's up?" He asked, noting the anxious expressions on the faces of Edward and his mother, Esme.

Jasper didn't listen to Esme, for once. It was obvious she needed to stay calm. She was nearly on the edge of hysterics. He let himself control Esme's emotions, changing them from depressed, and hysterical, to tranquil and calm. His face was concentrated, and he turned to Edward, waiting for a reply to Emmett's question.

Bella looked anxiously between the vampires all around her. Alice hadn't arrived yet. She was probably farther away than the rest. Only seconds had passed since Edward had called their names. She stood beside Edward comfortingly and glanced uneasily between them. Something big was happening. Or happened..

Edward looked around him at his brothers, sisters, mother, and love. "We should wait until Alice arrives" He told them solemnly, with a sigh. "Then I will tell you what's going on. I'd rather not have to repeat it when Alice comes" Edward said, stiff next to Bella and Esme.
