Esme's forehead creased in worry.
"What?" She asked, looking at Edward, and trying to stay calm.

"Oh, jeez... You are soo... arrgh!!"
Everybody in the Pack knew, except for you! Well, she did try to keep it a secret, but besides some of the thoughts YOU saw, she also thought some.. other things..."

"What other things?"

Edward looked at Esme. "I can't read his mind, Esme. Something is wrong..." He told her.

"Hmm.... Carlisle keeps blanking out, you can't read his mind, and he doesn't know what's going on. Something's wrong? Nooo, I would've never guessed!" Esme said, sarcastically. She was never sarcastic... This thing had her acting way out of whack here.

Edward sighed. "Now you're acting like Emmett"

I don't get what that has to do with anything... Esme thought, glaring at the floor.
"Is that really relevant right now?" She asked quietly, glancing at Edward for a moment.

"Sorry, I'm just getting stressed out with this." He said, glancing at Carlisle again.

And you think that I'm not? Esme thought.

Carlisle had been thinking about what had just happened. Honestly, he really had no idea. All he remembered was standing in the clearing for a while... Then he had some weird vision-hallucination thing -that he really didn't want to think about at all- then he was there, in the house. But, the memory of the hallucination-thing wouldn't leave his mind. And he really didn't want the rest to know about it.

Edward sighed.
"LEt's go talk to him?" He suggested.

"Seth, seriously... You're kidding, right?"
Jake asked, staring down at the youngster.

"Nope, not really.."

"Um, yeah. Sure." Esme said. She was actually a little afraid of what Carlisle might say...

Edward smiled encouragingly at Esme. He walked slowly to Carlisle. "Carlisle..." He began hesitantly. "What's wrong?" He asked.

Esme followed Edward, to stand next to Carlisle.

Carlisle bit his lip. This is what he didn't want to happen.
"Um... Nothing..." He finally said, after a moment of silence. None of them seemed to buy it.

Edward glared at Carlisle. "Seriously, Carlisle, tell us what is wrong" He said, glancing from Esme to Carlisle.

"Please, Carlisle." Esme said quietly. she glanced over at Edward. Don't pressure him, that won't help. She thought to Edward.

Carlisle stifled a sigh. Oh, crap, I have to tell them... But, they'll be so worried...Argh! he thought.
"It's just some stupid little hallucination-thing that I had. No worries." Carlisle said shakily. He was such a terrible liar under pressure...

Edward couldn't be sure what exactly it was that made him so stiff. He called Jasper over and Jasper made him feel "all warm and fuzzy about spilling his guts" xD

(Lol. Is Jasper even there? Lmao)

"What the hell...? Not helping, Jasper!" Carlisle growled. He SO didn't want to do this right now.

(hehe, Carlisle swore!! OOOOHHH baddd!! xD And yes, he is as of now.)

Jasper smiled (I suppose I am playing him?) but didn't stop 'comforting' Carlisle.

Edward sighed. "Just tell us what is wrong." He said.

(oohh... naughty doctor said a naughty word!!! Lmao. Um, yeah. You can play him. )

Carlisle sighed in defeat. Couldn't they just let it go...?
"Okay. Fine. While we were in the clearing, I had this.... Hallucination, vision, whatever you want to call it. I don't know if its true or anything... But... I have a feeling tat something bad is going to happen to one of us. Very bad..." He explained, not wanting to think about it anymore. Esme rubbed his back.
"It'll be okay." She whispered to Carlisle.

"Well, Carlisle, i think something is wrong with you..." Edward began. "No offense!!" He added quikckly. Jasper muffled his laughter.

"I've always known that." Jasper stated.

"Okay, then." Carlisle said quietly, glanicng at Jasper quickly.

"No! There's nothing wrong with him, maybe he's just a little off today, or something!" Esme said quickly. Although, it came out as more of a hiss.

Edward looked sympathetically at Carlisle. "I-I-I can't read your thoughts, Carlisle." He stated.

Carlisle raised one eyebrow. Maybe this whole thing was more of an issue than he thought.
"Well..." He let the thought trail off, because there really wasn't one.

"Carlisle, you have to let us know exactly what is going on." Bella said. She stepped toward him. "Maybe it's like a brain tumor?" She asked.
stupid... vampired can't get tumors! she yelled at herself.

"I just told you." Carlisle stated.

"What?!" Esme asked, shrieked, whatever. WHAT THE HELL?! Brain tumor?! She thought, keeping herself from screaming it out loud.

(Hehe....Carlisle & Esme are on a swearing streak today, huh? Lol)
